[ANNOUNCEMENT] PROCEDURAL GUIDE FOR GRADUATION CEREMONY 2026 FOR FACULTY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES GRADUATES

The Faculty of Foreign Languages warmly announces to all Graduating Students (Graduates) the guidelines, schedule, and important notes regarding the procedures for the Graduation Ceremony 2026.

To ensure smooth operations and prevent delays for others, please read the following instructions carefully and adhere strictly to your assigned schedule.

 1. PROCEDURE SCHEDULE BY MAJOR & GRADUATION BATCH

🔹 Batch 1: Students who graduated by June 2026 (Already received Degree Certificates)

  • Wednesday, September 16, 2026: Majors in English Language and Chinese Language.

🔹 Batch 2: Students considered for graduation in August & September 2026

  • Saturday, September 19, 2026: Master in English Language

  • Tuesday, September 22, 2026: English Language (Bachelor's Degree)

  • Wednesday, September 23, 2026: Chinese Language (Bachelor's Degree)

  • Thursday, September 24, 2026: Orential Studies (Bachelor's Degree)

 2. THE 4-STEP PROCEDURAL PROCESS

  • Operating Hours:

    • Morning: 07:30 – 11:30

    • Afternoon: 13:00 – 16:30 (Photoshoot area operates continuously from 08:00 to 16:30).

STEP 1: Degree Confirmation Signing

  • Location: Counter No. 2 – DNTU Care, Building G.

  • Note: Graduates must bring their National ID Card (CCCD). Authorization/Proxy is strictly not allowed.

STEP 2: Activate Check-in Card

  • After signing for your degree, if you do not have a chip-integrated Student ID Card, please proceed to Counter No. 3 & 4 – DNTU Care, Building G for assistance.

STEP 3: Collect Academic Gown

  • Location: Library.

  • Note: Present your Student ID Card or National ID Card (CCCD) (Collecting on behalf of others is not permitted).

STEP 4: Graduation Photography

  • Time: 08:00 – 16:30 (operating through lunch; graduates follow the assigned schedule).

  • Location: Multi-purpose Room – Library.

3. DRESS CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY

To ensure elegant and formal graduation photos, graduates are required to follow the dress code:

  • Male Graduates:

    • Collared white shirt

    • Black trousers

    • Red DNTU tie

  • Female Graduates:

    • Collared white shirt

    • Black trousers

CRITICAL NOTE: Graduates must complete all 04 steps within the specified timeframe to be officially confirmed as eligible to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
