On the morning of August 16, 2026, the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU) solemnly held the Opening Ceremony of the Academic & Cultural Exchange Program 2026. The event marks a new milestone in the international partnership between DNTU and National Taichung University of Science and Technology (NTCUST, Taiwan).

The ceremony took place in a formal yet warm atmosphere, attended by representatives of the Faculty Leadership, lecturers, and students majoring in Chinese Language.

At the event, the Faculty of Foreign Languages conducted a welcoming ceremony and presented honorary student IDs, officially recognizing two outstanding representatives from NTCUST—Ko Peng Nien and Hsu Yu Hsuan—as the newest members of the DNTU community.

Additionally, the atmosphere in the hall quickly livened up during an engaging interaction session. DNTU students proactively introduced themselves and shared insights into their academic environment and the vibrant student life on campus. The initiative, confidence, and hospitality of the DNTU-ers rapidly broke the ice, building a warm and close connection with the two international guests.

Speaking at the ceremony, a representative from the Faculty of Foreign Languages emphasized the program's significance in creating a multicultural academic environment, helping students broaden their international horizons and refine their practical communication skills. Warm handshakes and bright smiles shared between the students of both universities marked a promising start to the upcoming series of collaborative activities.

The exchange program is scheduled to span a full month, running from August 16, 2026, to September 19, 2026. Throughout this period, the two NTCUST students will join DNTU foreign language students in a comprehensive series of activities, including:

• Academic Exchange: Attending specialized seminars, research methodology workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions on foreign language learning techniques.

• Cultural Exchange & Field Experiences: Exploring traditional Vietnamese cultural values, experiencing local cuisine, and taking part in vibrant student community-bonding events.

Representing the exchange delegation from NTCUST, student Hsu Yu Hsuan emotionally shared:

This one-month journey is not only a fantastic learning opportunity but also a priceless experience that allows us to gain a profound appreciation for Vietnam's rich culture and hospitality."
